About this page

Order, subscription and access are three steps: An order is what you bought. A subscription is what recurs. Access is what you can open. They happen in that order, and each can be seen separately on these pages.
Payment confirmed does not yet mean your environment exists: Once payment is confirmed we create your environment, which is a separate step that takes a moment. Your access link appears when it is genuinely ready, rather than before.
If something goes wrong: A failed payment does not remove your data. A payment we cannot match to an order is investigated rather than dropped, and support can trace any charge using the time it happened.

Zaarks Console manages your plans, invoices and payment methods. Your business data lives in your own environment.
